This charge will be shared amongst the staff who provide services that enhance your overall experience. Please speak to the Guest Services desk onboard, should you have any concerns regarding the service you receive. Guests should not feel obliged to offer gratuities for good service which of course Norwegian Cruise Line expect them to provide anyway. However should you feel that a member of staff has gone the extra mile, staff are permitted to accept cash gratuities entirely at the discretion of guests but genuinely there is no obligation to tip.
