BRUCE FORSYTH Entertains Live at the London Palladium Sunday 10 May 2015 Circle or Stall ticket (face value £30) PLUS 4 star hotel stay for only £59.95pp
If anyone deserves to 'own' the London Palladium it's Sir Bruce Forsyth-Johnson CBE. The Strictly and Generation Game host first trod the boards here way back in 1958 when he took over the compere role from Tommy Trinder to present ITV's Sunday Night at the Palladium. Subsequent shows with the Bachelors, and then Cliff Richard and the Shadows, broke audience viewing records, and his show with the Beatles is credited with launching 'Beatlemania' in the UK.
Apart from having the longest career of any male TV entertainer, and being the oldest act ever to play the Avalon stage at Glastonbury, Bruce was also once a circus strongman and accordion player, and is 'related' to the Forsythia plant via an ancestor who co-founded the Royal Horticultural Society.
Didn't he do well? You bet! And you can too, with this great weekend break to catch him live at the historic Palladium for this special event celebrating his 73 years in show business. All together now - nice to see him... View deal >
