Following the launch of our brand new app, Trips by Lonely Planet, we've teamed up with Unsplash for an unmissable travel photography competition. The best photos will be featured in Lonely Planet's exclusive collection on Unsplash as well as the Unsplash home page (which gets more views than the cover of the New York Times), plus a special Unsplash Curated newsletter! We'll throw in some Unsplash and Lonely Planet swag too, including a copy of Lonely Planet's Guide to Travel Photography . HOW TO ENTER
- Visit unsplash.com and create an account.
- Upload a photo (following the guidelines ) around the theme of 'everyday exploration', and check the 'Lonely Planet' option to indicate you'd like it to be considered for the collection.
- After your photo is submitted to Unsplash, it will be reviewed for approval by the Unsplash Editorial team, based on the guidelines above. The photos that are approved will show up on the Lonely Planet collection page, and updated every 48 hours.
- The Unsplash Editorial team, with the help of Lonely Planet, will select the 10 best photos from that collection for featuring.
